Approach the windows and draw back the curtains: you will find yourself immersed in a hillside landscape of great sweetness, from which emerge the imposing elliptical dome of the Sanctuary of Vicoforte, the Cistercian Monastery, and the Palazzata that surrounds the perimeter of the churchyard.

The historic residence was named after Margherita, the first of his daughters and the one most devoted to Vicoforte, so much so that she left a substantial bequest to the Cistercian monks upon her death.
Each room in the residence is named after a member of the royal family. Entering this residence is like stepping into the history of the House of Savoy.
Splendor Restored
The villa was built around the mid-19th century, well before the monumental complex was completed with the erection of the four perimeter bell towers.
Here lived the family of Vittorio Mantelli and Antonietta Dardanelli, who inhabited it until their passing in 1973. Subsequently the house was closed and fell into ruin.
In 2009 it was purchased by the current owners who completely restored it, returning it to its original splendor and furnishing it with antique and precious furniture, period fireplaces, and refined furnishings.
